The Senior Director of Operations for Global Services will report to the VP of Global Services and will serve as one of the senior services executives for the company. As such, the demands for proven and seasoned business and technology leadership are critical. The Senior Director must help provide leadership over a matrixed organization of 120 professionals to ensure seamless delivery integration with the vertical markets across the globe, and with internal departments.
