Under the general direction of the Vice President-Business Incentives, this Senior Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple core operations functions and teams, staff training and management, operations planning, reporting critical operations information, ensuring that required service levels are met or exceeded and meeting cost/unit targets.
