The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting project managers in contracting with Exponent's clients and subcontractors. This position has the opportunity to be expanded into other areas of legal and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the preparation, analysis, response and negotiation of legal, regulatory and financial aspects of commercial and federal government contracts.
