Job Description:
Prepares or assists in preparation of proposals and negotiates and administers major contracts. Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. Reviews performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with legal requirements and customer specifications. Ensure contract compliance and ethical business practices consistent with company policies. May negotiate with existing and prospective clients to establish basic cost and performance guidelines for assigned contracts.
