The PDQS-A focuses targeted coaching and mentoring to the PDQS-C to ensure the Country Office program design and technical assistance initiatives are in accordance with the company;'s Ethiopia's mission, strategic objectives and program approaches, International's programming principles, and ensure program quality by addressing the underlying causes of poverty and vulnerability.
