The Scheduler will assist the Project Management team in the development and monitoring of all schedules on a new hospital facility project. Specific duties will include, bur are not limited to: - Conceptual Program Scheduling - Detailed Program Scheduling with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)- Project Scheduling (w/ WBS)- Ability to assist in developing project phases- Review and monitor the Architect's Design schedule - Coordinate with the Estimators and Controls staff to create cost loaded schedules and cash flow projections.
