Growth and maintenance of Consulting's business through specific account management responsibilities as either the primary consultant or account manager for major clients. Specifically will have responsibility to retain and grow business by acting as the lead manager for five (or more) clients with a strategic client focus; and/or serving as an account manager for multiple clients with 3+ lines of business. H&W practice leader responsibilities at either a local or regional level.
