This person will be responsible for improving product and service quality in the Golf strategic business unit (SBU) throughout the value chain - from suppliers to end-user customers . The successful candidate will think and plan strategically while serving as a critical business partner in the SBU's development and execution of its overall business plan. This person will focus on reducing avoidable charge-backs and eliminating their causes, and on identifying and implementing improvements to business unit operations.
