The Director of Operations will support the Program Director by providing management of the European Office and work force. This may include but is not limited to providing leadership, coordinating retention efforts, managing Program Managers, addressing concerns of staff and management, mentoring staff which includes goal setting, performance appraisals, counseling, and salary adjustments.
