The Retail Lab Operations Manager is responsible for identifying lab service opportunities with Retail customers and then enabling the Retail customer to benefit from company lab processes and/or services. This position is the hands-on lab operations interface between us and our Retail customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring day to day service performance of labs to address service concerns, in-lab problem solving for Retail customers, new lab process setup and support with OTG, and lab process opportunity assessment for each Retail customer.
