Senior Managers participate in initial sales pursuit and engagement strategy through the completion of the deliverables. He/she will analyze the strategic and tactical needs of clients and develop and manage deliverable solutions to address those needs. This position will grow, develop, and manage a team of business consultants as well as define consulting projects, arrange work, staff teams, achieve profitability goals, develop personnel and ensure client satisfaction.
