They will establish the operating model for the region, ensuring all claims areas are working toward operational excellence, and will assure effective marketing of the value proposition. They will directly manage the Customer Service Account Executives. They will also have matrix management responsibility for Field Claim AVP's. The goal for this position is to align all strategies and efforts to grow and retain the regional business through the provision of excellent services.
