The Region Operations Manager will have responsibility to identify and implement operational best practices among branch operations and drive improvement in operational metrics. Additionally, this individual will lead Area process improvement initiatives, assist in Region financial planning and analysis, act as Region liaison to coordinate service excellence system integration (ASTEA), and assist in the identification, coordination and integration of acquisitions. This individual will also be responsible for fleet, uniform and tooling programs.
