Lead the regional management team of the Business Units (BUs) (NAC and GCiNA) and Strategic Support Units (SSUs) (HR, Claims, Risk Engineering, Compliance, etc.) to facilitate achievement (heighten probability of success) of profitability and growth targets for company in the specific region. There will be shared accountability for these targets especially for business development and production flow in a given region as defined by the individual BDs.
