Implements the technical programs, policies and procedures established by the Company. Conducts limited site assessments in accordance with the guidelines presented in the Quality Assurance Property Review Manual. Works with building engineers and operations staff to establish and implement preventative maintenance programs in order to reduce equipment downtime, maintain property integrity, maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
