Manages the profitable activity of all service centers within the regional territory. Provides leadership to direct reports to achieve the required financial goals by providing customer service that exceeds our customer's expectations. Administers, coordinates, and implements strategic direction in the region that is consistent with the strategies of the Customer Support Services Group.
