Black Belts are primarily responsible for the execution of Six Sigma and Lean problem-solving methodology and tools in order to deliver process improvement, eliminate waste and deliver the accompanying financial benefits. Black Belts are individuals who serve as change agents, internal consultants and mentors. Black Belts report to Master Black Belts and have high visibility to senior management at both the Business Unit and Division levels.
