Demonstrated expertise with title research, negotiations, appraisals, eminent domain legal procedures, easement documents, and similar ROW discipline related issues. Ability to assist in project staffing either through existing network or by developing prospective personnel. Ability to develop and execute project ROW acquisition programs either through direct management of agents or subcontracted land services organizations.
