Develops and implements innovative product and technology strategy. Fundamental understanding of analytical chemistry and methods, and polymer characterization techniques. Develops solutions to complex application, development and manufacturing problems. Supervises Analytical, Applications and Physical Characterizations support labs. Coordinates R&D activities with worldwide affiliates, and has close contact with Design Centers and R&D Centers of key customers.
