Define and implement quality and food safety initiatives to link product development, manufacturing, process improvement and client services objectives; develop, control and improve all Quality Assurance processes that support the Company's objectives and competitive advantage; create performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets; work closely with Operations, Research & Development, Engineering, Sales and customers to build upon quality systems currently in place while continuously improving methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and delivering quality products.
