Job Description:

The Quality Manager reports to Rogers Site Manager. The responsibilities and goals are based on the strategic plan for the fiscal year. The ISO process will provide the requirements and goals for accomplishment for the fiscal year and the quarterly review will adjust objectives as needed. Quarterly Quality Management Reviews will also provide direction. There is a minimal amount of daily direct supervision given.
