Job Description:
Ensure that division's and vendors quality system consistently meet / exceed customers requirements, ISO 9001 and AS 9100 structure, special processes and other industry appropriate requirements.
Promptly address quality issues when needed, and ensure quick and effective root cause analysis & actions to minimize impact to customers, MRB in inventory, and to prevent recurrence.
Maintain strong communication with Customers, internal management team, and Vendors to ensure quality level is meeting expectations.
