Candidate must have background in process improvement methodologies such as CMMI or Lean Six Sigma. Experience in developing and defining requirements documentation, building testing environments, test plans, and cases, test execution and analysis, and creating test reports. Strong project management skills. Proven track record for high quality product delivery and meeting deadlines. Able to mentor junior members, give technical advice and direction, and provide hands-on management. Knowledge of various testing techniques and approaches.
