Manage the planning, control, and organization of activities that enable the value chain to manufacture products from Purchasing to Inventory Control. Coordinate with the execution branch of manufacturing to optimize operations, meet customer expectations and achieve corporate goals. Implement manufacturing strategy working closely with the Operations Manager. Accept P&L responsibility for the department and its activities.
