This individual serves as the overall process leader for the proposal effort. They own the proposal process and the schedule. It is their responsibility to see that all proposal activities are carried out, on time and to satisfactory standards. They are also responsible for coordinating the activities of all proposal staff members, including volume leads, authors, production staff, and review teams. Proposal Managers are responsible for developing the proposal outline, Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), the compliance matrix, and the proposal schedule.
