Preparation of Project "base" schedule in line with FEED, LLI's delivery and future EPC Contracts basis. Direct contact with Contractors scheduling team to ensure correct transfer of information (both ways). Ensuring Contractors scheduling team follow the approved Work Breakdown Structure. Monitoring all activities relevant to Project schedule on continuous basis (daily / weekly / monthly). Monitoring Contractors actual manpower figures versus Project schedule. Elaborating, updating, or revising project schedules in agreement with Project Management.
