Job Description:
Recommend strategies to Sr. Management to grow & retain revenue in categories where the Company is best positioned to have operational efficiencies. Recommend and implement appropriate analytical techniques for determining root cause of various customer and employee behaviors which drive costs (i.e. churn, credits, etc). Utilize customer-level summary data to build Predictive Churn Models on specific customer segments. Determine how to appropriately define customer sub-segments in order to maximize statistical validity.
