The incumbent will prepare Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and Independent Government Estimates; prepare and coordinate complete work packages for AFCAP customers; and manage, track and budget AFCAP tasks. Also provide reports of AFCAP contractor performance, serve as technical advisors for task orders, recommend courses of action to potential AFCAP customers, present and advocate AFCAP capabilities, participate in staff meetings and planning sessions, and provide on-site management of AFCAP tasks.
