Provide Project Management leadership in preliminary, detail engineering, procurement of projects by leading the engineering effort and meeting client expectations. Construction experience is a plus. Requires technical knowledge to apply specific engineering and operating techniques, management skills to work with engineering/design staff, and discipline to manage to client expectations.
