Professional registration and LEED AP preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience leading medium to large-scale projects, preferably in education. Possess thorough knowledge of entire project delivery process. Must be comfortable managing the client, the process, and the project team. Strong commitment to design and excellence in client service. Ability to help recruit, train and retain staff. Excellent written and verbal skills, articulate and a strong presenter.
