Provides input to the creation of the statement of work, including project requirements, risk, time and cost of project and identifies the technical approach and key deliverables of given project. Develops the project managerial approach including project team roles, reporting structure, and develops the plan including team, skills required, and project acceptance procedures. Provides day to day direction of project team members.
