Plan, execute, and control capital and expense projects at Norco Refinery. Manages Control Systems projects of small to large size for the Norco Refinery, but may execute any type of project. Project development, execution of detailed design and construction, HSSE, cost, schedule and quality. Execution of procedures. Develops proposals in collaboration with operations, process, and discipline representatives. Assist with mechanical start-up plans and procedures, provide technical support during start-ups, support training, and assure documentation and knowledge transfer.
