The Project Controls Manager is responsible for managing the progress tracking and reporting of the schedule and cost. Directly responsible for providing oversight and guidance to the Planners, Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, and a clerk. Ultimately responsible for the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost analysis & reporting activities.
