Provide cost and schedule benefits/risks in determining go/no-go decisions for new business opportunities and in assessing risk management for proposed projects. Direct the effort in GF&I (PACOM) to advance the use of EVMS cost/schedule integration with the goal of improving business group financial performance and client satisfaction. Prepare and analyze margin metric status against the annual business plan. Report findings and recommendations to business group president and vice-presidents.
