The incumbent will be responsible for planning, assist DDR&E in establishing and monitoring metrics for R&E Community to measure the value of DoD's program; benchmark private sector S&T metrics and recommend how they could be adapted for DoD use; aid in developing outcome-oriented, overarching metrics for S&T; analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of R&E programs and operations.
