The Program Manager will be a key leader in growing and organizing the business function, managing the attainment of profit and operational goals. Scope of responsibility includes planning, organizing, directing and tracking all aspects of a business base consisting of multiple biometrics programs. Performance measures include schedule and cost adherence, meeting customer expectations, business planning and goal attainment, and staff development and engagement/retention.
