Manages complex programs to deploy product and/or technology initiatives. Acts as overall leader of the program and all projects and teams within it. Manages project managers and other project team leads assigned to the program - reviews and provides feedback on project deliverables and project management activities. Identifies risks and risk plans; manages and mitigates risks. Anticipates issues and manages their resolution. Coordinates inter-project dependencies, including those with projects outside the program.
