Job Description:
Specific responsibilities include planning, staffing, schedule, budget, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal support staff with the direction and supervision of more senior staff as required. The Program Manager is a participant in program decisions regarding technical approaches, cost and scheduling, and performance. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for the identification of schedule and cost variances and the development and implementation of recommendations for corrective action for negative variances for projects within the program.
