Key responsibilities will be the development of Program Charter including all key requirements and objectives across the technical and commercial spectrum. Development and maintenance of an integrated program and commercialization plan, including organization level milestones and stage / phase deliverables. Establishment of cost, performance, quality and other key specification objectives for services and products.
