Provide direction and leadership the Bottling Manager. Monitor management of approximately 115 employees including salaried, hourly and technical staff and 30-50 temporary employees. Develop department culture that fosters teamwork, fast pace, training, effective communication, accountability and high individual performance culture. Create challenging departmental objectives while ensuring consistent practices, policies, expectations and disciplinary actions.
