In this hands-on management role, you will lead a small team in operational activities supporting production schedule and customer demands, as well as implementing efficiencies and providing staff guidance. Scope of responsibility will include master production scheduling, production planning, inventory and warehouse management, sourcing and procurement and data management. Goals will include improving the inventory data accuracy and inventory accuracy, making better utilization of the existing MRP system, and preparing for an eventual go-live into SAP.
