Second level Procurement Manager is determined on numerous factors relating to previous experience with (i) complexity of project worked, (ii) size/value of project, (iii) number of associated procurement disciplines mastered. Significant experience in managing procurement operations for major projects; including drafting and formulating contracts, bidding, negotiating and administering major purchase orders and subcontracts or specific procurement disciplines associated with the above.
