Provide guidance and leadership to other productivity Service (Industrial Engineers) to insure consistency of approach and quality control for all on-going initiatives in the Re-engineering Department. Assist the department in the construction and adoption of the required processes to insure the Re-engineering Department has a consistent and repeatable methodology for approaching all work efforts and maintains them over time.
