Define and improve company policies, procedures, tools, metrics, and standards related to quantitative project management and process improvement. Identify best practices for work products, methods, and tools in accordance with company, industry and contractual requirements, including CMMI and ISO-9001. Prepare and deliver training and orientations on company measurement and analysis processes to business units and project teams. Assist project teams using quantitative management procedures, methods, templates and tools.
