The Principal Engineer plans and directs the process development activities for new product projects. Advances the state of the art and acts as a consultant or company spokesperson in the field of process designs and manufacturing technologies. Acts as a mentor to more junior staff, serves as technical process design leader for major and complex new product projects and develops implementation cost models for project development and implementation.
