The Principal Scientist will support reformulation of base business products for cost improvement, business continuity and/or process excellence. The candidate will drive technical implementation focusing on product cost, quality (manufacturability) and overall project timeline. The individual will provide direction, management and technical expertise to drive the team forward while managing project metrics and lessons learned to improve results and processes associated with base business products.
