Under minimal direction, performs highest individual contributor technical level assessment functions for the Quality & Performance Assessment organization at a nuclear location. In this capacity the individual applies the various performance assessment and compliance auditing program elements program elements within an assigned area to verify consistency with industry standards, regulatory requirements, procedural guidance, and management directives. Develops and maintains Q&PA program materials, while also providing training and mentorship to senior quality analysts.
