Support customers on customer requirements. Provide customer line and field FA report to Asia customers. Making sure factory data package is completed and sent to WDLF in time. Work towards achieving customer line and field dppm goals. Work with FAEs or customers to get regular feedback or report on customer line and field dppm. Follow-up and ensure timely closure of all customer complaint. Perform investigation on the cause of customer complaint. Coordinate, prepare and to ensure smooth customer visits and audits.
