Assist in the preparation of plans, schedules and budgets for engineering projects to ensure designs are viable and can be completed within project constraints. Assist in preparation of functional descriptions and specifications for processes and systems. Write testing, operating, and maintenance procedures for waste processing systems and equipment. Provide technical support for design, construction, startup, and operation of waste processing systems.
