The Mechanical Product Development Engineer works cooperatively in a team environment to develop mechanical systems and components for small form factor enterprise hard disk drives. Take responsibility for design of entire disk drive subsystems and work with suppliers on implementing the design in high volume production. Routinely take a leadership role in resolving cross-functional issues with servo, process, tooling, seed and fill, materials science, and acoustics teams.
